Research And System Development Of Remote Control Method For HM600 Injection Molding Equipment

Precision plastic products is used more and more widely in the electronics,medical,automotive and other industrial applications In recent years,low pressure injection molding machine which is a new-type injection molding machine has also received wide attention.With the development of the industrial automation to integrated automation,domestic research of low-pressure injection molding machine control system is conducive to the improvement of injection molding machine controller and make the machine in the international market more competitive.Based on the technology of configuration and network,the method of remote control for low pressure injection molding machine is researched.Firstly,a series of in-depth research and analysis is done for the control system of the HM600.Based on its principle and process,some control parameters of the key components are made clear.According to the characteristics of the control system in HM600,local monitoring system is designed on the software development platform of KingView.Local system has the following main functions:data processing,multiple operation modes,security protection and so on.With KingView,H7210 GPRS DTU and other network hardware equipment,the remote control system is designed to work in enterprise LAN,Web and mobile data communication network.Lastly,the remote control system is tested.And the control system has been constantly improved and developed on basis of the experimental results.The results show that the remote control system meets the expected design requirements and is able to complete the local real-time monitoring,equipment maintenance and remote control of the facility.It has the advantages of stable performance,high degree of automation,convenient operation and use.The control system can meet the requirements of production and has considerable application prospects.
