The distance between the S well and NANBO 35-2 Oil Field is 5 km, and the S well reserves are small. Therefore, Project has to start the study of S well area development program. Only one way to have maximum benefits is to depend on NANBO 35-2 Oil Field. In development plan, the fluid from S well area with NANBO 35-2 Oil fluid together will go into CEP process treatment system. The eligible oil will be exported to "SHIJIHAO" FPSO store and periodical transportation. Engineering Department shall carry on the analysis about NANBO 35-2 CEP to "SHIJIHAO" FPSO crude oil pipeline transportation process and pipeline safety assessment.Carrying on the study about the adaptability of pipeline transportation process, except the check calculation for pipeline, the headstream and downstream situation of pipeline should also to check and to analyze, because this pipeline connects NANBO 35-2 Oil Field and QHD32-6 Oil Field. And this is entire checking and can verify the adaptability of whole process.NANBO 35-2 CEP to "SHIJIHAO" FPSO crude oil pipeline is on active service for many years. It's not comprehensive for just studying the pipeline transportation process. So, according to the MFL inspection results and in view of DNV-RP-F101 for assessing this pipeline situation, and calculating the corrosion defects pipeline's allowable stress to verify the reliability of pipeline. Then, basis on corrosion defects to predict pipeline remainder life, and propose the maintenance measure for production and operation.According above-mentioned studying, get following conclusion:(1) According to check calculation results about pipeline transportation process, the parameter variation of power and thermodynamic system could not excess the pipeline design capacity, so this pipeline can satisfy transportation require. For low yield, this pipeline shall be mix water to transport to ensure the minimally flow.(2) As headstream of crude oil pipeline, to simulating the NANBO 35-2 Oil Field process treatment system, this oil field process and critical equipments can satisfy the new yield's demands.(3) As downstream of crude oil pipeline, the store capacity of "SHIJIHAO" FPSO can satisfy the new flow demand and periodical transportation.(4) According to inspection data and applying DNV-RP-F101 standard to assess this crude oil pipeline, the allowable stress can meet the design requirements, so the crude oil pipeline is safety. Forecasting the remainder life is 11.07 years, pipeline can continue service.
