| According to the shortage of the integration research and guidance in selection and application of the rolling function components used in the CNC machines,this paper stands at the users,based on production cycle of selection-Installation-maintenance.And then starts the project step by step,paying attention to the engineering application.First of all,the numerical control machine tool feed shaft system is analyzed and get the influencing factors to the selection.Based on this,the design of the main parts of the selection process and selection methods are done and finally come to the overall system selection.Secondly,based on the selection analysis,the parameters of speed and load are optimized.And then the most important parts of the feed shaft system,ball screw and rolling linear guide are given selection samples and also tools are developed.Thirdly,different support modes and pre-stretching of the ball screws are analyzed and verified.After that,the typical parallel deviation stress analysis and simulation is carried out.Finally,the conclusion is that for the ball screws,it is important to choose correct way of supporting and pre-tensile length and also keep three points at the same height.And for the rolling linear guide,the height error and parallel error need to be controlled in a certain range,so that to ensure the maximum degree of the reliability and life of use.Finally,combined with the Hertz contact theory and Hamrock-Dowson minimum film thickness formula,the ball screw and rolling linear guide's minimum film thickness formula is derived.And according to this,as well as the tests,it is verified that the right the amount and viscosity need to be used in the lubrication.At the same time,based on the Stribeck curve and the lubrication regularity,it is found that speed has influence on the application of lubrication.And proved by orthogonal test,in the practical application,various parameters should be taken into account.In the end,suggestions are listed. |
