Research And Application Of Improving The Life Of Wearing Parts Of Plunger Type Water Injection Pump

The fifth factory of oil production in changqing oil field produced water is mainly for the calcium chloride, generally high salinity, up to 110 g/l, especially in chang 2, chang 4+5 chang 6, chang 8 formation water generally contain high concentrations of Ba²⁺. Leads to short life plunger pump injection parts, maintenance and replacement of parts, take up more time, for a long time restricts the improvement of water injection equipment intact rate, but also cause oil field water injection rate on the low side of one of the factors. The frequent replacement of parts, not only a certain influence on water injection, but also greatly increases the unit production costs. How to improve the life of reciprocating plunger pump injection parts, ensure the injection pump in good condition, as far as possible to reduce maintenance time, before we equipment management is an urgent need to solve the problem.This article cite plunger waterflood pump in ChangQing Oil filed as the research object,doing many times field research,countting the failure modes and courses in plunger waterflood pump's wearing parts,in addition,we put forward the improvement measures of increase the life of the wearing parts.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First,did the document surveys of the plunger waterflood pump in ChangQing Oil filed, summarised the research status and field application of the plunger waterflood pump.Futhermore,based on the document surveys and field research,the failure mode of the plunger waterflood pump had been identified,What's more,we combined the failure analysis with the failure mode,did the summarise of the failure cause.At last,we proposed some improvement measures of how to improve the life of the plunger waterflood pump's wearing parts. Then on this basis,we carried out the field application of the plunger waterflood and got some good results,proved the accuracy of measures.
