Olivetol is a kind of natural compounds that people are interested in.this kind of compounds have a wide variety of biochemical activities,Fungi and bacteria have a killing effect on a variety of pathogens,it is an important pharmaceutical intermediate.In 1980s,scientists found that it had a good inhibitory effect on the human immune system.Olivetol can also be used to synthetic cannabinoids,cannabinoid is the floorboard of marijuana on the human body physiological activity about a class of chemicals.At present,there are three kinds of synthetic pathways of Olivetol,which are reported in the present report:?1?use hexanoyl ethyl acetate and diketene as raw materials,6Amyl 2,4 two ethyl formate is the product.then hydrolyze in the alkaline water,heating get off the carboxyl group is the Olivetol.?2?3 methyl ketone two methyl ester and the methyl octine acid methyl ester as the raw material,react with NaH,make the 2,4 two hydroxy 6 amyl isophthalic acid,then after acidification,reflux,extraction,esterification is the Olivetol.?3?1 acetylene methyl ketone and sodium succinate two ethyl ester as raw material,4amyl₆ methyl-2oxygen-dihydrofuran-3-Carboxylic acid ethyl ester,then take off the Ethyl ester group after the arrangement,with KOH aqueous solution to generate Olivetol.The productive of the third route is low,and the materials of the other two routes are difficult to obtain.In this paper,a concise,low cost,high yield of the process route is proposed,with the 3,5-dimethoxy benzoic acid as raw material,through acylation with n-butyl lithium,Ulf-Huang minlon reduction and makes the Olivetol.
