With the development of beauty industry, film products has becoming the focus of attention. Among the many products in the mask, invisible mask spunlace nonwovens is popular, it embodies the people's mask requirements: good air permeability, moisture permeability, paste clothes, good quality light, with good strength and invisibility.Mask is essential to choose whether invisible fiber paper selected cupro, modal, polylactic acid, Tencel, chitosan, seaweed, mint fiber and other new fiber spunlace process, with different fiber blends made more than a sample, the mechanical properties of the test sa mple, the liquid holding capacity, air permeability, moisture permeability, paste service, antibacterial properties and transparency, excellent performance of the final filter weight of 35 g / m2 four spunlace:(1) 100% copper ammonia fiber spunlace;(2) 20/80 chitosan / copper ammonia thorn cloth;(3) 20/80 seaweed / copper ammonia thorn cloth;(4) 16/20/64 mint / chitosan / copper ammonia spunlace..Discussion on the evaluation method of fabric mask transparency, has to spectrophotometer(with integrating sphere), transparency tester and subjective evaluation method to compare the samples were tested. Research shows that the average result spectrophotometer and transparency instrument measured by approximation, but spectrophotometer(with integrating sphere) test data, more accurate, less volatile; advantages subjective assessment law, not only to evaluate the group transparency cloth, while also taking into account the color of the fabric itself for visual impact.We analyzes the factors affecting the transparency of the fabric mask, such as refractive index and birefringence fiber, color fiber, the fiber cross-sectional shape and weight with an equal gap on the mask transparency. Studies have shown that when the refractive index of the refractive index of the fiber and nutrient solution is close, fabric mask appear to be clear; when the color of the fibers and skin approximation, will increase the transparency mask on subjective; the fiber cross-sectional shape of the rules, increased transparency; with increased weight and reduced fabric pore size, porosity decreased, reduced transparency.
