Heavy oil is one of the main of crude oil in use, because mainly composed of paraffin wax, bitumen, gum and other components, to make the heavy oil with high viscosity. So the heavy oil has some difficulties in the transfer process, the existence of security risks and other problems plaguing the oil industry experts and scholars. The microwave technology got generally accepted, the microwave frequency is the main factor affecting the reaction effect, the main factors affecting the viscosity of heavy oil is the heavy oil component. Based on the 2015 key scientific research project " Study on microwave" s non-thermal effect on crude oil viscosity ", around two themes about the microwave frequency and the microwave affect component to do research, to provide theoretical and experimental basis, the main research contents include:Analysis of the basic theory of microwave technology in heavy oil viscosity reduction. Combined with the technology of microwave engineering, grasp the principle of typical measurement and parameters of two port network, Familiar with transmission line circuit theory. According to the material absorption peak frequency measurement, finding out the principle of measurement and advantages and disadvantages. To come up with a new coaxial transmission line based on test method for model test model. There are some characteristics of this model with high frequency, wide range of measurement, and by the innovativing design of the structure to solve the problem, with improving the convenience of testing.Study on microwave absorption peak frequency of heavy oil, and Experimental study on the effect of microwave on heavy oil. By using microwave radiation device to deal with the different types of heavy oil samples, with carried out by measuring data, got the peak absorption frequency of different heavy oil samples. Do the experiment to measure samples by using mass spectrometry, study on the effect of microwave on heavy oil.The research breakthrough the bottleneck that microwave technology in crude oil is only around two frequency points of 0.915GHz and 2.45GHz in the current, to combined the two themes of the microwave absorption peak and Component changed, the results show that: Asphalt oil samples got frequency of absorption peak in the 5.812GHz,6.247GHz,8.154GHz, 8.206GH2; Wax got frequency of absorption peak in the 5.629GHz?5.975GHz?6.218GHz; Light group after microwave irradiation on the asphalt (C7-C14) content in crude oil were increased by 8.7%, C15 is almost the same, heavy (C16 and above the carbon number) content in crude oil reduced by 13.5% respectively. After microwave irradiation of Light group of the wax (C7-C15) content in crude oil were increased by 4.9%, only C10 increased significantly, the rate of increase of the original heavy oil component content of more than 18 times, heavy (C16 and above the carbon number) content in crude oil is reduced by 12.61%. By these conclusions for microwave in crude oil field, the technongyput into application with important significance.
