The oil and gas field of low permeability have become more important. With the development of science and technology, the reserves of low permeability are increasing continuously. It has become the main reserve type of petroleum industy in ous country now and in the future. However, The gas reservoir of low permeability has strong heterogeneity, low permeability,poor reservoir physical properties and so on. It is difficult to maintain stable production for a long time. It has become the main research content of the petroleum industy to maintain the high and stable production of low permeability oil and gas field.Anyue reservoir is a low permeability gas reservoir with moderate condensate oil. It belong to the reserves of low permeability, which is difficult to develop. The majority of wells decline from the beginning of the production. The stable production capacity is poor. Therefore, It is necessary to analyze and evaluate the rate of decline and the productivity of the exiting production wells. It is very important to study the main factors that affect the productivity of gas wells, which has a very important practical significance.On the basis of large number of literature research and dynamic and static data. Evaluate the reserves and productivity of a single well. We select the appropriate evaluation method,which evaluate reserves controlled by single well accurately. Based on the analysis of connectivity of block. The evaluation method of block production decline law is established. To study the law of decline in different types of gas wells. Research on production dynamics and numerical simulation. Analyse the main factors that affecting the law of diminishing. Put forward the appropriate measures to slow down the process of decline. The main research results are as follows.(1) The production data fitting method was selected·as a evaluation method of single well dynamic reserve in Anyue gas field. And the pressure drop method as the auxiliary judgment.(2) The block production decline model of Weidong was established.(3) The production decline law of Anyue gas wells are mainly based on exponential and hyperbolic decline.(4) To establish the geological model of the typical well. Based on reservoir dynamic and numerical simulation. Then analyse the influencing factors of the law of decline.
