It has become the main reserve type of petroleum industy in ous country now and in the future. However, The gas reservoir of low permeability has strong heterogeneity, low permeability,poor reservoir physical properties and so on. It is difficult to maintain stable production for a long time. It has become the main research content of the petroleum industy to maintain the high and stable production of low permeability oil and gas field.Anyue reservoir is a low permeability gas reservoir with moderate condensate oil. It belong to the reserves of low permeability, which is difficult to develop. The majority of wells decline from the beginning of the production. The stable production capacity is poor. Therefore, It is necessary to analyze and evaluate the rate of decline and the productivity of the exiting production wells. It is very important to study the main factors that affect the productivity of gas wells, which has a very important practical significance.On the basis of large number of literature research and dynamic and static data.
