Anning salt mine located in the hinterland central of Yunnan, It is located in the western suburbs of Kunming and belongs to Jurassic system on oversize halite-glauberite deposits. The salt mine geographical position is superior and the salt rocks is simple structure, stable salt layer distribution of deposits in accordance with the basic conditions of salt cavity gas storage construction. It can be used as underground gas storage in natural gas pipeline in the object site.The paper starts from the tectonic interpretation of Aiming basin. Through the horizon calibration, it clarified the Arming basin tectonics and boundary faults development situation in combination with surface geological map and two-dimensional line seismic interpretation and so the basin tectonic geology model is established. Through 3D work area seismic data contrast, I established reasonable depth conversion velocity field and compiled purpose interval structure diagram and the buried depth map. On this basis, I established gypsum prediction technology thought and halite response parameters interval with carrying out seismic attribute analysis. Basing on analysis of AZ2 well log response characteristics parameters and wave impedance and gamma joint inversion, I completed the 3D work area and interlayer prediction and then using ant tracking technology and coherent method,the crack of 3D work area is forecasted. Finally, according to formation thickness of AZ2, top buried depth and thickness of gypsum prediction and fracture developed area, I has carried on the overall evaluation of work area and built some favorable reservoir belt.The salt rock prediction technique was made by the full analysis of the status of seismic data and well data. To the point of view of the practical application of the results, the effect is better and it provided certain reference to lithology reservoir prediction of other geological conditions.In this paper, the fracture prediction took use of the ant tracking technology. The results from the application showed that three dimensional fragments were clear and the fracture distribution was as plain as print. The fracture prediction achieved very good practical effect. In salt layer prediction, log response characteristics and seismic response analysis for lithology immediately determined the methods and the steps of the seismic inversion. Moreover, the quality of seismic data influenced the inversion result directly.
