Our oilfield has entered very high water cut development period, in which its difficulties of exploitation gradually increase, its development costs continue to rise, and the planning method with the goal of seeking simply the maximum production is not applicable to the current oil field planning. Therefore, it is of great significance to formulate the development programming model with the economic benefit as a goal to implement the optimization of indicators on efficiency, investment, cost, workload, to solve the problem of the rising cost of the current development, to improve the efficiency of oil field development planning, to program scientific and effective system of oil field development planning. This thesis studied the method of planning and forecasting, the theory of planning and optimization, decision-making system after fully researching their current status at home and abroad oilfield. Combining the actual oilfield development and with the demand of production in our country, the oilfield production structure was divided, and the nonlinear relationship between oil production and cumulative number of new drilling was set up to implement the accord with the actual needs of oilfield development index and economic index. Benefit plan optimization model was set up, and the planning schemes proposed were evaluated. The planning decision system of oilfield benefit development was studied and designed, which includes four sub-systems about basic data management, development forecast indicators, evaluation of efficiency optimization, and the optimization scheme. Main topics involved in the thesis are as follows:1. This thesis presents a new oil field production which is more suitable for oil field company "incremental stock" management mode; Put forward a kind of applicable to "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning", a new method of oil field production forecast, the incremental-accumulation plan well several relations, stock-well number relations act, more in line with the oilfield practice, and economic benefits for the reasonable distribution of the number of new drilling provides the important basis.2. By using data envelopment analysis method, establish oil field proven reserves and the relationship between the exploration investment model, oilfield production capacity and new relationship model of oil field development engineering construction investment, realize the oil field investment, reserves, production and a series of development index and economic index of the union; Considering the yield components, reserve-production ratio, recovery rate, such as constraints, has developed an optimized model of oil field exploration and development investment benefit.3. Using petroleum engineering, operations research, economics and other scientific theories and combining with oil production, recoverable reserves, investment, cost and other parameters, establish benefit most nonlinear single objective and multi-objective optimization model, put forward the suitable for "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning" fields benefit planning scheme, has realized the oil production, investment, cost, the optimal allocation.4. Based on cloud model of oilfield development planning of comprehensive evaluation method. Uncertainty cloud control method is used in product development index and economic index data automatic scoring, comprehensive utilization of the floating clouds, the improved weighted distance, the ideal solution for integrated evaluation of the oilfield development planning.5. Develop a set of clear and beautiful interface, easy operation of the collection of data management in oil field, development index prediction, optimization and optimization for evaluation of oilfield benefit planning optimization decision system, improve the efficiency of the benefits of planning establishment, simplify the oilfield efficiency planning and operating procedures.
