APR testing process is developed by haliiburton companies in the United States,it can be applied to complex formation, such as high hydrogen sulfide content in high temperature and high pressure testing technology, according to actual needs in the test under the condition of test string can't afford to implement multiple switch operation. Compared with conventional test technology based on APR testing process, in the process of testing should be repeated on the pipe string, fatigue failure, is not conducive to test operation of downhole safety. APR perforating acid-test pressure, the joint process has simple operation, short test period, higher construction efficiency advantages, can be used with complex engineering geological charac-teristics of the western sichuan deep formation.This article in view of the western sichuan region deep gas well APR testing process was carried out by the following research:(1) the western sichuan region engineering geological characteristics of the analysis re-sults show that the main agent layer for the fracture development of Marine ray slope slope and MAO group,5500?7000 m depth, formation pressure coefficient is 1.10?1.90, geo-thermal gradient from 0.021? to 0.028?/m, hydrogen sulfide content of 0.39%?3.53%; Existing APR testing string, can only meet the needs for spray test on the function.(2) establish a perforation, acid fracturing and production test in the process of wellbore temperature and pressure prediction model; The analysis results show that the temperature and pressure in the process of acid fracturing model predicted results are in good agreement with the measured results, the error is only 3%.Acid, wellbore temperature as the injection time and injection displacement increases with the decrease of wellbore pressure decreases with increasing injection displacement; Capacity test, wellbore temperature increases with the in-crease of the production, wellhead and bottom hole pressure difference along with the in-crease of test production increased.(3) based on the different link test phase of the prediction of temperature and pressure, established a comprehensive consideration of temperature effect, ballooning effect, the piston effect and test string buckling under the influence of the union, such as the intensity of testing string prediction model and test string strength prediction computer program is compiled; And in the model test under different working conditions are given string axial force, axial stress, radial stress,circumferential stress, synthetic stress and safety coefficient calculation method.(4) the deep formation in western sichuan area APR sanlian for test operation parameters for the optimization (acid), preferences for results:acid density of 1.50 g/cm3,oil pressure 95 MPa, wellhead back pressure 40 MPa; For optimizing the joint for testing pipe string structure (wellhead to bottom):?88.9 mm* 7.34 mm* 1000 m+?88.9 mm* 6.45 mm* 4000 m+ ? 73 m* 5.51 mm* 73 mm; Test tube string of the most dangerous position for wellhead pressure (acid), wellhead minimum yield safety coefficient is 1.33; Optimization of the triple as the intensity of testing string can meet the demand of western sichuan region complex deep well testing.Research results of this paper can not only offer western sichuan region deep gas well APR testing technology, also can provide reference for similar formation of APR testing pro-cess.
