Pollutants into water environment cause water ecosystem disorder, destroy the living environment of aquatic organisms, there were 75% lake had contaminated, drinking water, industrial and agricultural water were affected. Pesticide and heavy metals are the most important pollutants of water environment, pollution of the water environment is a serious threat to human survival. Study on aquatic organisms behavior had more and more attention, biological behavior changes is the external performance to external environment and internal environment, behavior changes can reflect the normal survival of biology, according to the rule of biological toxic behavior response, to build behavior change model, then provide guide for prevention and control the environmental pollution.This text research acute toxic effect and behavior response regular analysis of the aquatic organisms in pollutants exposure, in order to provide theoretical basis for assess water quality, to monitor water quality safety, to maintain ecosystem balance of water environment. Zebrafish become test organism as indicator organism, four common pollutants in water environment deed the test contamination that it are mercuric chloride, copper sulfate, deltamethrin and cadmium chloride, zebrafish has carried on the acute toxicity test, single pollutant exposure test and pollutants joint exposure test, use the tester of quatic organisms behavior for collect signal of zebrafish behavior response, by Excel and Matlab software to analysis zebrafish behavior difference, behavior response regularity and SOM model. The experimental results show that:1.The acute toxic exposure test of zebrafish and four kinds of pollutants show that: the LC50-48 h of zebrafish in Mercuric chloride is 128?g/L, the LC50-48 h of zebrafish in copper sulfate is 1300?g/L, the LC50-48 h of zebrafish in deltamethrin is 5.2?g/L, the LC50-48 h of zebrafish in cadmium chloride is 42.6mg/L. According to the toxic size of pollutants, mercuric chloride and deltamethrin are highly toxic, copper and cadmium chloride are high toxic. With the increase concentration of the same pollutants, zebrafish increase the tmortality, the toxic effect of zebrafish is associated with the concentration of pollutants, there is be an obvious dose-effect relationship; Different pollutants in the same concentration had different zebrafish mortality, toxic effect of zebrafish is related to pollutant types.2.In single pollutant exposure test, zebrafish were expose in 0.1TU, 1TU, 2TU, 5TU concentration of four kinds pollutants, zebrafish has different behavior response in same concentrations of pollutants, zebrafish also has different behavior response in different concentrations of pollutants, in test group, the BS of zebrafish is lower than control group. In the same pollutants, behavioral response intensity has significant differences in zebrafish high concentration group and low concentration group. In low concentration exposed, zebrafish BS average is bigger than high concentrations, adapt and adjustment is the most important of zebrafish behavior; In high concentration group, zebrafish BS average is smaller than low concentration group, zebrafish behavior show adapt-toxic effect to death or adapt- adjustment-toxic effect to death or readjustment. In general, zebrafish toxic effect is related to pollutant types, zebrafish toxic effect is related to pollutants concentration, zebrafish toxic effect is related to the time of pollutants exposure, there is be obvious dose- effect relationship and time-effect relationship between zebrafish behavior changes and pollutants exposure.3.In unite pollutants exposure test, zebrafish is exposed in mixture pollutants exposure that deltamethrin and cadmium chloride(10:0, 7:3, 5:5, 3:7, 0:10), the behavior response rule trends is similar that zebrafish expose in unite pollutants and single pollutant, in low concentration exposed, zebrafish BS average is bigger than high concentrations, adapt and adjustment is the most important of zebrafish behavior; In high concentration group, zebrafish BS average is smaller than low concentration group, zebrafish behavior show adapt-toxic effect to death or adapt- adjustment- toxic effect to death or readjustment. The BS of zebrafish is lower than control group and single pollutant group, toxic effect to zebrafish is additive or synergy by mixture deltamethrin and cadmium chloride.4.To analysis SOM model of zebrafish behavioral responses in different types and concentrations pollutants. Low concentration group, zebrafish behavioral responses gather high BS, high concentration group, zebrafish behavioral responses gather low BS. At the beginning and middle stage of the test zebrafish BS has the highest, zebrafish behavior will rise to the highest in stimulation and behavioral adjustment stage. Test Group of zebrafish BS is lower than the control group, The BS of zebrafish exposure in unite pollutants is lower than control group and single pollutant group, under same concentration of pollutants, united pollutants have bigger toxic to zebrafish than single pollutant.In general, zebrafish behavior changes are accordance with stepwise stress model of aquatic organism under the pollutions exposure, the BS of zebrafish in pollutants exposure can divide: no effect, stimulation, acclimation, died by toxic effect or adjustment, died by toxic effect or readjustment.
