With the extensive exploitation of oil fields for EOR, a large number of the oil wells develop different fracturing techniques for EOR; however, so many attendant environmental problems come about as a consequence which is paid much more attention by people. This issue mainly talked about a kind of foaming agent with strong steadily foaming ability, it aims is to improve the efficiency of flowing back the fracture or acidify working fluid in Sichuan and Chongqing for the condition to minimize the damage to the formation. We synthesized a composite foaming agent through the experiment; it can be further reduce surface tension and interfacial tension of the residual liquid in order to increase the flow back ability.In this paper, we find out that our foaming agent have lower interfacial tension, and its foaming ability is superior to the existing agent, various performance can meet the requirements of indicators, and leading close to or better than similar domestic products. We also evaluated the surface tension of the foaming agent, thermal stability, the compatibility with fracturing and acidizing fluid in the laboratory, and designed experimental to evaluation of the cleanup ability. Studies have shown that production can compatible with what commonly used fracturing acidizing fluid system such as SD and gelling acid fracturing fluid, damage to core does not produce new, it does not produce new impact on filtration and rheological property, it also has a strong ability to reduce the surface tension in fracturing fluid and acid, to improve the working liquid displacement at the same time. When used it in field test, we mixed the foaming agent with working liquid, and the tested the ability of the preparation liquid. Eventually shows that the foaming agent embraces an efficient ability of flowing back the working fluid, it also could increase the production effect.
