On The Application Of Fabric Decoration In Home Design

Since ancient times, Chinese people has attached great importance to "family".Just as the “History of the Han Dynasty” reads: "People who are attached to their native land are unwilling to leave it." In the deep minds of the Chinese people, "house" is the premise of home, the fate of the complex physical and mental world. under this belief, the chasing of house-purchase during Chinese people's life never ends.With the development of social economy and the popularity of the Internet information media, the public's aesthetic consciousness has begun to be gradually awakened, and people are no longer merely content with the living condition of the "home ownership".However, as they pay more attention tothe highlight of personality style and the overall quality of texturein their bedroom style,thus interior decoration design industry in the process of people's aesthetic consciousness awakening has gradually become mature.And cloth-made art adornments, with its strong artistic expression and diverse styles and rich texture occupy a pivotal positionin interior decoration materials.Cloth-made adornments, with rich compositions, shapes and colors, are really practical and decorative, which plays an important role inthe creation of household style and promotion of the artistic taste in bedroom.This thesis consists of four chapters.The first chapter elaborates on the concept of cloth-made decorations,making a detailed classification on the function, fabrication technique and so on. The second chapter studies the role of cloth-made decorations in home design,analyzing and studyingthe effect of cloth-made decorations on interior color adjustment, interior space division and renewal of the living environment and so on.The third chapter is the key chapter of this article, analyzing the application status of cloth-made decorations in the modern home, and studying practical cases of Cloth-made decorations in home design, then presenting the ideas and methods for innovation, and making a deep analysis of how the Chinese traditional elements and exotic symbolic language are integrated into modern decorative cloth design.Chapter Four has made a bold prediction of the prospect and trend of cloth-made decorations.Through analyzing the status of the domestic application of cloth-made decorations and referring to lots of documents the demonstration research, the writerhas discussed the future development trend of cloth-made decorations in this paper,hoping this research will play a positive role in systematic application of cloth-made decorations and the development of domestic soft adornment industry.
