Preliminary Study On The Preparation Process Of Jinshishi Health Health Wine

Luzhou is the real estate area of Dendrobium nobile.To promote the development of Luzhou industry of local characteristics,Dendrobium nobile was included in the key development object.Dendrobium nobile have effects of anti-tumor,anti-senility,regulating immunity,anti fatigue,effectively reduce the multiple effects of liver injury,anti cataract.It is used as the main component inhealth care products.With the improvement of social living standards,people pay more attention to health than before and health care concept is more and more strong.The demand of health care products is also more and more strong.This research is mainly divided into three parts:Firstly,compare Dendrobine content of Dendrobium nobile between Luzhou and Chishui,to Provide the basis for the screening of Luzhou and the quality of Dendrobium nobile health wine raw material;Secondly,study on preparation technology of Dendrobium nobile health wine.Sample traits?active ingredient content(dendrobine?total saponins of Panax ginseng)and pharmacological effects(regulating immunity function)as indexes to explore preliminary the best preparation process.Thirtly,the optimum process and verify in alleviating physical fatigue function.The main results are as follows:1 A comparative study on dendrobine content of Dendrobium nobile of Luzhou and Chishui.Debdribium nobile sample Luzhou 16 batches and Chishui 13 batches.According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 Edition)of Dendrobium nobile content determination method.Using gas chromatography,Dendrobine as index component,take investigation of Dendrobium nobile Lindl.quality of different growth years(2 to 5 grown years)and different growth environment(with stones or with trees)in Luzhou and Chishui,and carry on methodological study.The results found that(1)the difference of dendrobine content of Dendrobium nobile in the two place is little(RSD?8.75%);(2)The more growth years Dendrobium content is higher(2,3,4,5 year old dendrobin in Dendrobium nobile were respectively 0.28%,0.53%,0.68%,0.71%);(3)According to the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia"(2010 Edition)of Dendrobium nobile Dendrobium limited alkali content of not less than 0.4%,it will be 3 to 5 grown years Dendrobium nobile as the health wine raw materials.2 the study of Dendrobium nobile health wine preparation.(1)study the traits and effective components(dendrobine,total saponins of control group,the determination of mice weight,weight of immune organs and serum hemolysin experiments.As a result sample A,B,C low dose,high can increase the immune organ spleen and thymus index,increased serum hemolysin level,with explicit regulating effect on the immune function of mice(P<0.05).Suggested that the health wine has obvious immunity regulation function,of which the sample B had the strongest effect(P<0.01).(3)Study results from the sample's trait,effective components(dendrobine,total saponins of Panax ginseng)content and pharmacological effects regulating immunity function etc.,preliminary and selected best preparation(B liquor of sample preparation),is mixed herbs plus 8 times amount of water,after soaking for 1 hour,decocting for 3 times,45min each time,filtering,and Luzhou flavor food wine and alcohol precipitation,filtering,blending of alcohol degree 36%vol health wine.It propertie is yellowish brown transparent liquid,no visible impurities,with this unique taste and flavor,without peculiar smell?3 Verification of the best process liquor samples of B in alleviating physical fatigue effectLow dose group(0.48g crude drug/kg),middle dose group(0.96g crude drug/kg),high dose group(1.96g crude drug/kg)and the positive control group(transfer factor capsules,0.1mg/ml),the base liquor control group and negative control group,experimental mice loaded swimming,liver glycogen experiment,serum urea nitrogen experiment and blood lactic acid experiment.The results show that the sample B of low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group and positive control group were significantly prolonged the swimming time of mice,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group and the positive control group were significantly reduced serum urea levels in mice,increased the content of hepatic glycogen.Compared with the blank control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01);area of low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group and the positive control group,the blood lactic acid level and blood lactic acid curve was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),no significant difference with positive control group.The results suggested that this health wine samples B could obviously relieve fatigue effect.In summary,the research results,to provide the method and basis for the latter in test amplification production and pharmacology experiments,and to lay the foundation for the success of Dendrobium nobile health wine and for the development of Dendrobium nobile industry.Successful development of Dendrobium nobile health wine,will greatly promote the development of Luzhou Dendrobium nobile industry and to promote the local economy has important significance.
