DIn SAR can obtain a wide range of high-precision terrain information and small deformation in the surface from space,At the same time,it also possesses all-day and all-weather characteristics inherent in SAR itself,it quickly became an important means for ground deformation monitoring and early warning of geological disasters. Its appearance greatly compensates for the inadequacies of traditional measurement methods such as GPS and leveling SBAS-In SAR and PS-In SAR technologies developed in recent years have greatly expanded the application of this technology. However, due to the limitation of surface deformation gradient,In SAR technology based on phase unwrapping is difficult to effectively obtain large-scale deformation of the surface during high-intensity mining, and only small-scale deformation at the edge of the mining area can be effectively monitored. The Offset-tracking technique is based on SAR image intensity information. It achieves sub-pixel-accuracy azimuth and range direction surface deformation offset information acquisition through multi-level registration, which can overcome dimensional limitations of DIn SAR.And this technology is insensitive to the coherence of SAR images,to a certain extent,it can resist the problem of information that cannot be obtained due to decoherence. At the same time, the three-dimensional deformation information of the ground can be obtained by using the azimuth offset obtained by offset-tracking in conjunction with the LOS deformation acquired by descending and ascending orbit to more accurately and accurately reflect the deformation of the ground. The research results of the paper are as follows:(1)Summarizes the research status of existing technology In SAR deformation monitoring of mining, describes the DIn SAR,the basic principle of In SAR timing and offset-tracking methods, and the existing technical limitations for DIn SAR monitoring of mine.(2)Based on the 25-scene COSMO-SkyMed data, the SBAS-InSAR technique of small baseline set and the SBAS-offset-Tracking technique were used to obtain the average deformation rate of the ground in Fushun area and the cumulative deformation of each image acquisition time, and the collected variables were used.(3)Obtained three-dimensional ground deformation by using the descending and ascending orbit mode data to obtain the two line-of-sight deformation and azimuth deformation by offset-tracking technology to obtain the threedimensional ground deformation And used the ascending Terra SAR-X image and the descending Radar Sat-2 image to obtain three-dimensional deformation of Beijing Areas. Finally, existing ground data were used to check the precision of deformation.
