With the development of nano-biotechnology and nano-microelectronic processing technology,the size of fixed-bed reactors is greatly reduced,and many measurement methods of the parameters have been changed.In this paper,the thermophysical parameters of the micro-fixed bed reactor were experimental measured,and the temperature field in the fixed-bed reactor was explored by numerical simulation and infrared thermal imaging method.The purpose is to analysis of biosensors from the perspective of thermal,and offer feasible reference for its application.Firstly,this article designs and constructs the experimental system to measure the effective thermal conductivity of micro-fixed bed reactor.The 3D printing technology was introduced to make the design and production more open and targeted.The results show that calibrated by the probe coefficient,the system can be used to measure the effective thermal conductivity of micro-fixed bed reactor in a variety of changing conditions quickly and easily.Combined with the experimental measurement,the heat transfer in the micro-fixed bed reactor was simulated numerically.The simulation results are consistent with the experiment,indicating the feasibility of the test system.This article depicts the two-dimensional temperature field distribution in the ideal state of the micro-fixed bed reactor by the simulation data,and proposes the hypothesis of the three-dimensional temperature field distribution model: Centered on an axis coaxial collar,with the distance increases,the inter-ring temperature difference becomes smaller,until the outer surface of the thermal equilibrium with the outside.Using infrared transparent material pipe as a micro-fixed bed,The surface temperature changes of the micro-fixed bed was studied by infrared thermal imaging method in the experimental and simulated working conditions.Combined with experimental measurements,numerical simulation and infrared thermal imaging method,the article proposing the three-dimensional temperature field model based on the uniform and isotropic and constant temperature assumption of the fixed bed.The microencapsulation method was used to further stabilize the immobilized enzyme.Introducing the catalytic decomposition reaction of catalase in the micro-fixed bed reactor,and simulating the practical application of the biosensor.The results show that it is possible to analyze biosensors from a thermal point of view and is not limited to calorimetric biosensors.The research of this paper is in accordance with the practical application and has the value on engineering application.
