It is universal that the uranium coexists with various organic energy(eg:coal, oil, coalbed methane)minerals in the process of uranium mineralization. It reveals that organic-inorganic interaction is obvious in the formation process.Organic matter is involved in several geochemical processes such as adsorption, migration, precipitation, enrichment and reduction of metallic minerals. And the uranium also puts a catalytic effect on the formation of fossil fuel. The chemical mechanism of organic matter involved in uranium mineralization is mainly coordination and reduction.Humic acid in organic matter adsorbs uranyl ions, obstructing the migration of uranyl ions by formation of complexes, which generates the initial background of uranium deposits.Natural gas and petroleum as reducing agents enforce mobile and active hexavalent uranium into fixed tetravalent uranium, finally forming uranium minerals. From the perspective of experimental simulation,a series of experiments is designed to reflect the chemical relationship between organic matter and uranium, and gains the insight into reduction of natural gas and the law of complex binding. It provides a chemical basic theory of the coexistence of multiple energy minerals so as to uncover the internal relations of the coexistence of various energy sources. In this paper, according to the functional groups in humic acid, the hydrothermal reaction of the aromatic polycarboxylic acid and uranyl ion was carried out, which verified the coordination of humic acid with uranium in uranium mineralization.Metallogenic temperature was inferred from primary fluid inclusions captured by sparry calcite. The reduction of uranyl ions was simulated in presence of natural gas under geological conditions of deeper part of the basin, which indicated the carrying capacity of uranium.1.The hydrothermal synthesis of aromatic organic polycarboxylic acids and uranyl ions formed coordination polymers, which reflected the chemical coordination effect of organic functional groups in coal in uranium mineralization. The seven obtained uranyl complexes were determined their crystal structure on X-ray diffraction, and the elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis were performed.2.At a certain temperature and pressure, the natural gas was introduced into the low oxygen and uranyl solution, and studied the reduction of uranium with natural gas under simulated geological conditions. The obtained solid product was separated.the main component of the reaction product was aquo-UO3 verified by X-ray powder diffraction.3.At a certain temperature and pressure, adding organic matter such as ethanol, natural gas was introduced into the low oxygen and uranyl solution, the raw product was treated by acids,X-ray diffraction measurement indicated the mixed valence uranium oxide(U3O8)was obtained.
