X-ray phase contrast imaging is an important international cutting-edge technology.It has a great advantage in Imaging in weak absorption material compared with the X-ray absorption attenuation imaging.Therefore, for the further research of it can have very big practical significance on the medical diagnosis and industrial test.But X-ray phase contrast imaging with light source requirement is very strict,now the best is the synchronous radiation source.However,the volume of the device is very large and very expensive.So it can't really applied in ordinary lab, and the clinical diagnosis of hospital. So how to meet the requirements of X-ray miniaturization Is been a problem which urgently needed to be solved. Currently the only can be used to phase contrast imaging are point source and line array emitter source.But the point source radiation flux is small so it's imaging a long time and line array emitter source due to the array structure of the anode, will emit multiple X-ray beams and the more beams eventually the less overlap.So it's greatly reduces the field of view. Based on the above issues our group is put forward using line focal spot X-ray source to solve the contradictory between flux and coherence. It has important application value.This paper mainly makes the systematic introduction of the background, significance and the principle of phase contrast imaging, and makes the systemic analysis of the source of X-ray phase contrast imaging,also put forward the real possible practical source of phase contrast imaging is the line focal spot X-ray source. In this paper, we has carried on the thorough analysis of the electric field of the focal spot line X-ray source, and also deduced the simulation calculation method of the X-ray source in detail. The main research content: 1, Use of electronic track simulation software IES establish the model of the line focal spot X-ray source.Calculation and analysis of the electric field distribution of the radiation source. Than electron emission simulation of the tube and get the focal spot size.2, The planar symmetry line focal spot X-ray source and the axisymmetric line focal spot X-ray source are modeled and solved,and then calculated respectively. Then,through the data processing and analysis, and comparison the electron trajectory and the focal spot of two source.3, Optimization of cathode components including the cathode cap structure, filament height and filament slot height, etc. Through the optimization of the cathode components to get the best focal spot diagram and the best parameters of the model.4, According to the line source parameters of a simulation to processing the object of focal spot X-ray source.And finally uses the method of small hole imaging the effective focal spot of the line source were measured.
