When remote sensing image interpretation,if we have a right cognition of geographic environment,this can ensure the accuracy of interpretation result.Application the interpreting sample data of reference relationship in ground photos and example of remote sensing image,on the one hand,this can provide support for the correct understanding of the relevant regions in the remote sensing image,on the other hand,this can play a role in the interpretation of the results of quality control,at the same time can accumulate field reference data for the long-term to monitor the geographical situationIn this paper,in the census of geographical conditions,we deal with the actual operation problems encountered in the production,discussing and studing the appropriate solutions,lay-ing the foundation for fully using interpretation of the sample data in geographic national census and geographical conditions monitoring.Those include the following several respect mainly:(1)The original sample data of the foreign trade collection is examined.Developing spe-cifically interpretation software to check the original sample data by using C#language,checking the photos shot whether the subject is clearly,the subject of geography information type code is correct,the state of the remote sensing image instance cutting whether accord with specification requirements.(2)Merging the sample data.Studing the software of database integration by using C#,achieving the goal that many databases were merged into one,at the same time,using win-dows in the batch function to combine the ground photographs and remote sensing image in-stance data.(3)Sample data of remote sensing image interpretation were plotted of points in ArcGIS.To achieve the target,studing the secondary development in ArcGIS by C#a nd ArcEngine were combined.(4)The application of geography infcrmation type code in the sample data to dete rmine the correctness of the results in the image interpretation.
