| After China’s reform and opening up,the highway construction,As the basis of China’s economic and social development,marks the national modernization level,making outstanding contributions for rapid development of China’s economic.With the rapid development of economy,people’s demand of travel safety and comfort is increasing day by day,so people put forward higher requirements for the construction of highway in our country.Early construction of highway in our country,because of low standard,poor capacity,have been unable to meet the needs of traffic flow,so the road congestion appears,which affects the safety of highway road service level and the traffic safety,the highway reconstruction is imminent.Due to huge demand for highway construction funds,at the same time of large-scale construction of the highway the financing problems in highway construction in China is more and more prominent,the highway construction is facing great pressure.Breaking the original single way of financing and source channel,opening up a new financing way,and solving the financing of the construction of the highway is the problem to be solved.This paper mainly studies H highway reconstruction project financing.Based on a large number of literature reading and project financing at home and abroad,this article combining with the characteristics of H highway reconstruction project,according to the construction and highway traffic volume forecasting and financial projections based data and related financing risk considerations,for H highway reconstruction project design several financing options,and the several schemes for the financial evaluation and demonstration,identified based on the combination of "borrowed" fund + commission new financing way for the best financing options H highway project.So H highway construction project can run at a lower financial costs and risks,and it also can get reasonable financing to the construction funds more efficiently and fully guarantee the smooth completion of the project.Because H highway construction project serves as an example of the new financing mode,to a certain extent,it can also promote the diversification of highway construction project financing mode in our country,and provide reference for highway construction project financing mode innovation. |
