| With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of comprehensive national strength,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,and the city image has undergone great changes.As a kind of information carrier of urban public space,outdoor signboard is one of the elements of urban image,and plays an increasingly important role in urban modernization.Outdoor signboard is the visual presentation of economic and spiritual civilization of a city,not only has commercial value,but also has personalized features and human values.Outdoor signboard can accurately reflect the city’s economic development and cultural characteristics.At the same time,outdoor signboard is a ruler that measures the efficiency of urban social management.In recent years,the application of science and technology in outdoor signboard enriched the forms of outdoor signboard,but also exposed the destruction of architectural style,the damage to the urban environment,and the threat to public safety that caused by irregular management of outdoor signboard.How to strengthen the rationality and scientificity of outdoor signboard through standardized guidelines and effective management has become a new topic of great concern.As a part of the fundamental research on the construction of the credit system in Shanghai,this paper aims to formulate a technical specification proposal draft that can standardize the setting and management of outdoor signboards through full investigation,analysis and reference.At the same time,this paper aims to create an outdoor signboard management system through digital means of information to provide a platform for the government.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,on the basis of combing the relevant information and standard documents,and the analysis of academic theories at home and abroad,the new forms of outdoor signboards with the application of new technology are analyzed.At the same time,the problems of outdoor signboard are analyzed from two aspects of vision and security,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed.Secondly,the definition and classification of outdoor signboard are redefined combining the change of outdoor signboard under the development of modern urban city.In addition,the design principle of outdoor signboard is proposed based on the problems of outdoor signboard in the city image construction and public safety management.And the design method is proposed through the research on materials suppliers,sign production companies and design companies of outdoor signboard.Thirdly,combining with the existing laws and regulations,a technical specification proposal draft is explored,in order to provide reference to the setting,design,maintenance and safety testing of outdoor signboard.Fourthly,a management system of outdoor signboard is created with the introduction of the concept of grid management that reducing the occurrence of unsafe accidents,ensuring the healthy development of outdoor signboard and improving the level of urban infrastructure construction,in order to strengthen the supervision and maintenance of outdoor signboard and achieve the inter-city information linkage and resource sharing by the use of modern means. |
