| President Xi put forward the diplomatic strategies of "the Silk Road Economic Belt" and "the 21 st Century Maritime Silk Road",which has some positive effects on the current Shannxi tourism.The new "tourism law of the People’s Republic of China" also has a certain fluctuation effect on the development of Shannxi province’s tourism.With the enhanced awareness of tourism and leisure,tourist travel scale expands unceasingly,holiday tourism’s leading role is obvious.In recent years,the depth of the tourism industry in Shannxi province deepens continuously,and the interacting with the northwest province regional tourism become more obvious,but the Shannxi tourism mainly concentrated in the rich historical resources of xi ’an and surrounding areas,in southern Shannxi tourism development is relatively lagging,and thus formed the relatively imbalanced state.Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Water Diversion Project Construction Co.Ltd.,Shannxi Province,is the Shannxi provincial government approved the establishment of large state-owned enterprises,the company in the three river reservoir project built around and Huang Jinxia reservoir surrounding extracts tourism resources,vigorously construction of Shannxi province han nutrient-laden tourist scenic spot,to make it in the course of domestic first-class,internationally renowned high-end yangxin tourist destination.And how to make Shannxi ankang,hanzhong,NingShan,foping and the county local tourism industry to the benign development of the three river reservoir and surrounding Huang Jinxia reservoir surrounding established tourist area is of great significance.But how to develop the tourist industry favorably and get model effect to the surroundings has great significance to built tourist areas in southern Shannxi.This paper selects Shannxi Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Water engineering construction co.,LTD.,with Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Water tourism scenic area as the research object of this article,using the Delphi assessment method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the value property,Geographical environment conditions,Infrastructure services facility and natural resources conditions of this tourism scenic area.Assessment items include the value of entertainment,historical cultural value and science education value,which consist in the value property,the geographic position,environment capacity and environmental quality,which consist in the Geographical environment conditions,infrastructure and service facility,which consist in Infrastructure services facility,natural quality and resource combinations,which consist in natural resources conditions.Finally,according to the evaluation results of the measurement of these items with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation conducteda comprehensive assessment of the value of tourism scenic area,and draw the tourist resort of this standard to achieve a higher value.But in the area to service infrastructure evaluation,the experts agreed that the condition of the resort is more general,after consulting expert opinion,this paper give some policy recommendations.this article through to evaluate the value of Han to the Wei scenic area tourism to find scenic construction deficiencies for the area,and give the construction a clear direction for the latter through. |
