Research On Risk Of Development Strategy And Early Warning For Anshen Coal Company

Coal is the main part of China's energy structure,the coal enterprises has played an important part in the development of the national economy occupies.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy of our country,the energy demand is increasing,and the coal enterprises have developed rapidly.But there are still many uncertainty factors at the same time,and the enterprise encountered many strategic risks in the actual operation process.Therefore,how to identify and avoid these risks is the one of the most important problems that need to be solved in the management of the coal enterprise.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of strategic development,takes Anshen coal enterprise as the specific object,and explores the main measures of risk identification,evaluation and control of the Anshen coal enterprise based on the theory of enterprise risk management and control,risk early warning for the coal enterprise development strategy and management to provide theoretical and practical basis.This paper discusses the research status of enterprise risks management and strategic risk analysis,use the enterprise risk management theory,strategic risk management theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the mainly strategic risks of the Anshen coal enterprise,and several measures are proposed to improve the management of strategic risks.The mainly research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The main elements of coal enterprise strategic risk are analyzed in the environmental scanning method based on the Anshen coal enterprise.And think that the strategic risk factors exist in each stage of enterprise strategic operation.The change of internal and external environment is the formation of strategic risk in the process of implementing the strategy of coal enterprises.(2)Taking the Anshen coal enterprises as the object,the environmental scanning method is taken to identify the strategic risk factors in the operating process of the enterprise,and the risk factors of market,policy and resource are the mainly factors that need to be focused on in the operations of the enterprise strategy.(3)The strategic risk evaluation index system of the Anshen coal enterprise is constructed,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is taken to construct the strategic risk and multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the enterprise,and different levels of strategic indicators were specific evaluated,then the specific quantitative strategic risk index is obtained.(4)The basic ideas and the mainly model of the strategic risk early warning are discussed,and the primary strategic risks of the Anshen coal enterprise are analyzed and evaluated in the prediction ratios early warning method.To avoid and control the enterprise's strategic risk indicators,the four methods of the strategic risk avoidance,risk mitigation strategies,strategic risk transfer and take advantage of opportunities of strategic risk are taken to control the strategic risks of the Anshen coal enterprise.
