The development of tourism industry is a barometer of regional economic development.It's an important work for local government in regional economic management,to develop the tourism industry Vigorously,and enhance the competitiveness and influence of the brand of tourism industry constantly.Based on the analysis on the domestic and foreign brand niche and the theory research on the status quo,reviews the niche breadth,symbiosis,specialization,overlapping theory and tourism niche theory and strategy choice theory significance and the lack of theory is extended for the analysis of Honghe Prefecture Tourism Industry Brand niche status.Specifically,first of all,from a large number of tourist attractions in Honghe Prefecture,Honghe Prefecture Tourism Industry Abstract the brand of DNA,the key factor,and carries on the analysis and research;secondly,the development situation of Honghe Prefecture Tourism industry industry prospects and challenges of brand theory analysis,and on this basis,summarizes the ideas and direction of tourism industry in Honghe Prefecture brand promotion;finally,using the theory of tourism niche analysis tool,a comprehensive analysis of the 6 basic elements of the tourism industry in Honghe prefecture.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:(1)put forward the tourism industry of Honghe Prefecture to “Terraces In Clouds Dreamlike Honghe ”,development strategy of the core sub brand demonstration,multiple sub brand specialization ",continue to strengthen the brand niche symbiosis function.(2)the diversity of brand ecosystem's brand development system,and on this basis,the construction of Honghe Prefecture Tourism Industry Brand niche structure,namely,a nuclear one,four zones and five sub area brand niche layout.(3)revealed 7 major carriers,Honghe Prefecture Tourism industry brand promotion: tourism catering,accommodation,travel,entertainment,tourism,shopping tourism scenic spots and tourist traffic.And on the basis of brand promotion strategy selection method,the five paths,Honghe Prefecture Tourism industry brand promotion: the implementation of the global tourism development strategy,accelerate the tourism infrastructure construction,accelerate the pace of tourism integration development and enhancing consumer cognition experience and tourism marketing efforts five paths,and puts forward some concrete suggestions on the implementation of measures.
