Encountering the current electricity market natured with diversified business and rapid growth,the goal and meaning of electricity sales check is to rapidly identify the potential and dynamic risks.What follows is the formulation of respective policies to rectify the existing problems and wipe out the potential hazards,in order to implement a comprehensive and dynamic manipulation of the risks of sales business.The prevailing mode of sales checking is based on a random mode of checking to achieve the sampling acquisition.Nevertheless,it is far from perfection to in the function of all-rounded blocking and monitoring of the sales risks.Also,the sales sampling model of electricity targeted on dynamic risk management mainly comprises of dynamic risk point management and comprehensive retrieval of datas and messages.1.The system and regulations for electricity sales business are ever-changing with continuous adjustment and updates.The risks existing in the business is also dynamic and diversified.This project will rely on of the issues unveiled by the regular checking together with the assisting information derived from the claims of clients to become the source of databases.With the thoery of risk management,in depth digging and dynamic analysis will be conducted to precisely identify the points of risks.Dynamic risk database will be formed which helps express the real time changes over the risk points and pinpoint the critical duties.In turn,it becomes a solid foundation for the realization of comprehensive and dynamic risk management.2.In accordance with the changes of dynamic risk points,those points to be manipulated are selected.Corresponding rules of sampling are then formulated as per the traits of selected risk points.This project plans to establish a full searching model of messages occurred in the electricity sales business as a medium for conducting regulated checking.This model can cover such seven dimensions as the basic business messages collected in the sales messaging system,business expansion task sheets,electricity metre marking,customer services,electricity usage checking,quantifying management and cable damage management.Various logical combination will be available as a glossary for carrying out different checking.The above two ways implement a prompt grab of different sales risks.Blending with a diversified business structure,such a highly flexible model of data retrieval becomes a supplement and improvement to the inadequacies of traditional checking.
