| In recent years,with the rapid economic development and the increase of people’s living standards,the residents in Shanghaihad a great demand for indoor heating in winter.The temperature in winter is always very low due to the El Ni?o phenomenon.Furthermore,water heating had been widely used in a variety of buildings in Shanghai from 1843 to 1949.Today,a livelihood problem that needs to be solved is how to effectively meet the residential heating needs in winter based on small energy consumption.Based on the realistic demands mentioned above,this paper aims to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze of the needs of decentralized heating by residents in Shanghai,the relationship between the needs of decentralized heating and decentralized heating equipment,and to provide a more close to demand plan for heating equipment selection.In this paper,the Kano Model was integrated into the QFD method to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the demand for decentralized heating.The ultimate goal of product development was to satisfy the customers’ demands.By using Kano Model,customers’ demands could be well distinguished and categorized,therefore facilitated the enterprise to focus their limited resources in key filed during product design,development,and combination.The QFD theory regarded the customers’ demands as the basis for product design and development.Combination of both Kano and QFD fully exerts their advantages.Firstly,Kano Model was used to qualitatively analyze residential heating demand in Shanghai.We used the Shanghai residential decentralized heating demand evaluation form and the decentralized heating demand categorization form,we obtained the Kano types for decentralized heating demand,and used them to determine the value of Kano factors.Secondly,we used the decentralized heating demand initial importance form to evaluate the initial importance of decentralized heating demand.Thirdly,we used the decentralized heating equipments performance satisfaction form to obtain the evaluation score,tolerance value,expectation value of each requirement items.Together with the comprehensive goal value,and based on the relationship between the customers’ satisfactory level and decentralized heating demand obtained from the decentralized heating demand satisfactory level investigation form,we constructed a mathematical model for customers’ satisfactory level,and calculated the current customers’ satisfactory level CS0 and objective satisfactory level CS1.Finally,Coupled with the data of the relationship between the demand of distributed heating and the property of the equipment,the basic data needed for the construction of the house of quality was formed together.Using the relation matrix of the house of quality to get the importance degree of the modified,the importance and the relative importance of the property index of the distributed heating equipment were calculated at last.According to the importance ranking mentioned above,the decentralized heating equipment attribute index,technical feasibility,and comprehensive factors of different heating modes of energy adequacy,economy,and environment friendly degree was considered.Finally,the most suitable for residential heating scheme in Shanghai was chosen. |
