In the international trade theory and practice,import trade has always been a concern from all walks of life.In recent years,with the world economy forward continuously and development continuously of trade,the major changes have taken place in import demand structure.On 2013,Chinese President Xi Jin Ping put forward the "silk road economic belt" and the idea of "Marine silk road" in the 21 st century,advocated China and asean countries to strengthen cooperation and develop Marine partnership,make good use of the Chinese government to set up the China-asean maritime cooperation fund,to build "Marine silk road" in the 21 st century,international attention from all walks of life.At present,most of the research on the "area" focus on emerging economies,research of developed countries is not so much.Besides,Chinese traditional market is mainly imported from developed countries,export has important effect on China's economic growth.Therefore,in order to from regional scale to do a complementary " the Belt and Road" policy,in order to be more comprehensive analysis of the regional foreign trade development situation,this article obtains from the developed countries,choosing the angle of the demand structure for developed countries import demand,combined with its trade relations with China put forward some policy Suggestions for China's export trade.This paper expounds the changes of goods import demand in the developed countries,and then through 28 countries will import product demand in element content level in accordance with the HS(1992)classification criteria into resource-intensive products,labor-intensive products and capital-intensive products,the four categories of technology-intensive products,with the help of statistics and charts specific analysis of various categories of products in the proportion of the total import demand change trend,at the same time using Moore structure fluctuation index to measure the change of import product demand structure.After reviewing the developed countries structure change of import demand,we found that the order of import demand from big to small in turn in developed countries are capital-intensive,resources-intensive,technologyintensive and labor-intensive products.The fastest rising share is resources and technical-intensive product imports.While the changing trend are different from Chinese exports to developed countries,it needs to adjust the supply side of China and its export structure,keeping the share capital type products of exports to developed countries,expanding share of technology products export,promoting the productivity transfer of labor-intensive industries and strengthen cooperation with resource exporters of resources industry.Then we select import data of 28 countries from 2000 to 2014,get effect of merchandise exports by CMS model decomposition and found that in the competitiveness of the overall export growth effect dominant role,the contribution of the Chinese export commodity structure in developed countries effect potential awaiting discovery.Finally,this paper giving targeted suggestions combining with the general situation of the trade between China and developed countries on how to stabilize to promote China's exports to developed countries.
