Along with the advent of knowledge economy era,enterprises face the formats change with competitor of globalization,professional work diversification and the information resources multivariate,they establish their own management systems and processes to ensure that knowledge is fully shared and integrated.Knowledge networks have been recognized as the best solution to solve this above problems.The effective knowledge management can play an important role in establishing the core competence of enterprises.The vast amount of knowledge resources need to be recycled in the process of the development of O2 O for Suning.Based on this,this dissertation presents the method of constructing knowledge network based on the combination of multi domain knowledge of O2 O for Suning,in order to achieve efficient knowledge transfer and learning,then,achieve the purpose of improving the core competitiveness finally.First of all,this dissertation analysis the general situation of Suning and the development of its O2 O,to division of knowledge in the field of Suning is divided through the analysis of its composition and knowledge flow model.Using of the method of ontology to express domain knowledge,design the steps and structure knowledge network according to the actual situation of Suning.Combining the UCINET network construction software and social network analysis method,the structure of O2 O domain knowledge network is analyzed from five structural measures.The verification is based on the existing actual situation of the construction of the Suning O2 O domain knowledge network cohesion and knowledge transfer is high,but the lack of compactness.Based on this,this dissertation proposed the influence of the core competitiveness ofSuning O2 O knowledge to optimize the network,with the rule for the knowledge fitness of preferential attachment.The optimized knowledge network can improve the fitness of the knowledge,so as to achieve the purpose to optimize the efficiency of knowledge transfer,create new knowledge in time,and improve the core competitiveness.Finally,this dissertation proposed the further development of knowledge management for Suning.
