Performance appraisal as the core part of performance management of commercial banks,play an important role in improving employee productivity as well as enhancing operating results and bank's competitiveness.establish a appraisal system of great practical significance which can promote the carry out of the strategic goal is very important for commercial banks.The found of GY sub-branch of H branch of ABC BSC is short,and employee performance appraisal system construction is still in the exploratory stage,which exists some problem:single dimension of assessment;evaluation index design is not refined,paid little attention on the creativity of employees and so on.Therefore,how to gradually improve employee performance appraisal system,and making it an important tool to promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the bank,is one of the major problems faced by the GY sub-branch.Kaplan and Norton Balanced Scorecard as proposed implementation of corporate strategic objectives,the implementation of performance management tools,Harvard Business Review named the 75 years of the most influential strategic management tool,has been widespread concern of many Chinese companies.Although many domestic enterprises have been or are being implemented Balanced Scorecard project,but due to the low level of many domestic enterprises under their management,and their lack of in-depth understanding of the Balanced Scorecard,resulting in many companies fail to implement the Balanced Scorecard project.It is based on many domestic enterprises sided Balanced Scorecard strategic performance management tools to understand or even misunderstanding,the paper systematically expounded the one hand,by comparing the theoretical knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard,on the other hand by GY sub-branch of H branch of ABC BSC design,highlighted the business should do in order to protect the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard.In this paper,the company implemented the Balanced Scorecard in GY sub-branch of H branch of ABC Application Performance Management conducted a study to explore how the Balanced Scorecard in strategic management tool that is used to re-sort the theories and methods of performance management of the Commercial Banks.
