This article used RY enterprise as instance and analyzed the enterprise's development status quo with strategic management theory research, analysis of internal and external environment and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, SWOT research method, clarified RY's advantage and disadvantage in industrial development and edible probiotics industry's future development trend, concluded RY's development strategy and designed key strategy for RY's development, that is innovative strategy. The innovative strategy was elaborated with detailed implementation, approach, evaluation, precautions and supporting measures. |
