With advances in Internet technology, the traditional enterprise began to find the unique advantages of electronic channels, and start using electronic channels to increase their competitiveness and the corresponding position, the traditional distribution channels also gradually into the traditional distribution and electronic retail channels. In dual channel supply chain, the production process of the learning effect, lead to the new product production cost will be reduced over time, but because of the existence of the degradation effect, the production cost of new products will rise as time goes on, learning effect and degradation effect of interaction between and is bound to affect the production inventory in the supply chain strategy. Based on the above background, this paper also takes into account the learning effect and degradation effect, limited double channel plan period production order model is established, the learning effect and the influence of the degradation effect on profits, has a certain practical significance.This paper studies the finite planning period is composed of a single manufacturer of dual channel supply chain, the manufacturer can set their own production product, on the Internet has opened up a direct channel to satisfy the needs of online consumers, also has the traditional retail channels in order to meet the needs of an offline, consider when its products cost, the learning effect and degradation effect, there is only learning effect, there is only degradation effect and does not consider learning effect and degradation effect of four kinds of different situations, established four metamorphic products inventory problem of mixed integer constrained optimization model, the objective function is the expected profit maximization for manufacturers. Through analysis on the properties of the optimal solution of the model, the production order of the number of relaxation for continuous variables, proved that the model is the optimal solution, and the method of calculating the optimal solution is given. Finally simulation through an example, the analysis discussed in four different cases, processing environment vector machine level, and the degradation rate changes the manufacturer's optimal production cycle number and the change of the maximum expected profit.
