Joint replenishment and delivery is an important way to solve the problem of product deployment among suppliers,warehouses and retailers in supply chain.With the rapid development of productive forces,people’s demand for goods will also increasing,many factors in the market environment will affect the product transportation scheduling.For example,when the product demand rate is uncertain,can cause the supplier in the supplementary product ordering cost changes,distribution costs for retailers to become uncertain;when the supplier in considering the supplementary cost of individual joint replenishment and share the cost,with their own interests,at this point,we need to get a set of joint replenishment scheme of Nash equilibrium strategy through game.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the problem of joint replenishment and delivery.This paper is combined with multi products of joint replenishment and delivery problems,first established by multiple vendors of products to the central warehouse,the warehouse model unified distribution to retailers as the prerequisite,in the case of replenishment cycles,the ultimate goal is the minimize total inventory cost.When the demand rate is uncertain,it will have a direct impact on the ordering cost and the waiting cost,and finally lead to the change of the objective function.In order to predict the scientific uncertainty,this paper uses stochastic simulation technology to simulate the uncertain demand rate,data applications will be generated in an example,the total inventory cost compared with stochastic demand and to the determining demand rate.Secondly,the application of game theory to the joint replenishment and delivery problems,the use of replenishment strategy for the non cooperative game theory to study the supplier,the establishment of game parameters and model respectivelyconsidering whether the supplementary cost supplier information sharing,when sharing but misreporting may occur,the situation found out the constructive equilibrium of game and the corresponding of the cycle and the cost;Incomplete share,give the undominated Nash equilibrium strategy and the corresponding of the cycle and the cost,comparing two kinds of group of cycle time and cost,to determine the optimal replenishment cycle,get the lowest total cost strategy.Finally,Combining the stochastic joint replenishment and delivery model and game model in the article,the design of the inventory management prototype system,the design of system structure,and use the MVC framework and Java programming technology to complete the system compiled,verified the results of theoretical studies.
