The Study On Circular Economy Development Of The Great Southwest Coastal Industrial Zone In Fangchenggang City

The development of circular economy and the realization of sustainable development have become the trend of global development and a significant way to transform methods for economic growth,pursue new industrialization and boost prosperous and rapid economic development.Industrial zones are industry-intense areas and motivations for regional industrial structure optimization and social economic development.However,industrial zones are also where industrial companies gather.Production of industrial companies,especially traditional industrial companies,bring consumption of resources and environmental pollution.Therefore,strongly enhancing cyclic economy of coastal industrial zones are consistent with the concept of sustainable development and have become the effective channel for the development of contemporary industrial zones.In the background of analyzing the present situation of social and economic development in Fangchenggang City,combining with SWOT,this paper analyzes status quo of the circular economy development in The Great Southwest Coastal Industrial Zone,based on eco-efficiency,it constructs the circular economy index system for industrial park.By using TOPSIS entropy method,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of circular economy development level of The Great Southwest Coastal Industrial Zone,which provides certain reference for the circular economy development evaluation of other industrial zones.Lastly,it discusses that the zone should be scientifically planed;the laws and regulations for comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection,and supporting policies’ support system should be completed;it should strengthen the functional department coordination,cooperation,supervision and law enforcement,cultivate the zone’s industry cluster,complete the construction of public service facility such as road,water,electricity,and market,intensify the park’s greening and beautification projects,speed up the park’s enterprises technical upgrade and informatization,"two fusion" pilots,and other innovative system construction,intensify the resource allocation of finance and taxation,talents,and supporting policies,etc.,transform concepts of investment invitation,and set up modern management system for industrial zones,in order to provide reference value for the park’s cycle economic development.
