On December 4,2012,Xi Jinping hosted general secretary of the political bureau of the CPC central committee meeting,review by the politburo "about improving work style,close ties with the masses of eight sets".The "eight" became a hot topic in society,had a profound influence on the society as a whole.On the one hand,the central supporting measures,the work style of party and government organs clearly detailed provisions,and has obtained the remarkable effect.On the other hand,the influence of the "eight" spirit extends well beyond the party and government organs,although not issued relevant policy measures,but to the enterprise,especially for business executives on-the-job consumption behavior also had a profound impact.Then "eight" exactly what effect for executives on-the-job consumption?How is effect?The effects of different enterprises are the same?These problems on the influence of the "eight" in the field of from party and government is of great significance to the further deepening of the economy.This article reviewed the literatures at home and abroad,based on the principal-agent theory,and the theory of macro environment,on the basis of the classical theory of management,to our country enterprise division,arguments to a variety of corporate executives "eight" the impact of on-the-job consumption.This article selected from 2010 to 2013,China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen a-share listed companies A total of 5252 samples,1313 samples of companies from the company’s property rights,distribution areas and industry three aspects to classify the sample enterprises,in 2013,the data for "eight" after the implementation of the data,2010-2012,for "eight" before the implementation of data to examine corporate executives before and after the paragraph "eight" on-the-job consumption level changes.First of all,an analysis of the overall sample enterprises,the results show that the"eight" after the implementation of corporate executives,on-the-job consumption on the overall scale appeared declined significantly,that paragraph "eight" in overall policy achieves the expected effect.Secondly,on the sample from the different nature of property right,different areas and different industry from three aspects of multidimensional comparative analysis,the results show that the "eight" after implementation,each region,state-owned and private as well as the vast majority of the industry’s executives of on-the-job consumption scale in different extent affected by the "eight",appeared declined significantly;The state-owned enterprises in the private enterprises affected by the policy is significant and southern areas affected by the policy more dramatically,most industries are affected significantly.Finally,on the sample enterprise property rights respectively with regional and industry factors cross analysis,the results show that the state-owned enterprises in the world outside of ecological-economic industries and all areas affected by the "eight"significantly,most private enterprises in various areas and industries affected by the "eight"were not significant,therefore,private enterprises is to implement the spirit of "eight"emphasis in the future.According to the research results,this paper puts forward policy suggestions.The first is to continue to expand the "eight" spirit in the influence of the whole society;The second is to develop "eight" spirit supporting policies for the enterprise;The third is to establish a long-term mechanism of executive position monitor consumption.
