| The research objective of this Article is chemical projects invested by T.Compay. From the owner’s point of view, we’ll find and analyze exsting problems on project cost controllling and make a set of optimazied meaures for it. This set of optimazed meaures can be taken reference by Owners in the father and helpful for them to effectively control the cost under the budget, to achieve strategic goals to reduce the production cost to maximize profits.The research will focus on owner’s cost control methods in chemical projects. Firstly, related concepts on project cost control will be described, such as:objectives, concepts, principles, process and so on. Secondly, Cost control system template will be set up by the research and analysis on projects of T company. In this article, problems on cost control exsting in design,prucurement and construction phase will be found out by analyzing the actual cost control workflow. Thirdly, corresponding corrective measures will be made by combining related theoretical concepts and actual data information. At last of the article, the optimazied meaures will be used into S porject which is on-going, to ensure the validity of research results, which will be a set of effective cost control measures for owners. |
