With the development of social economy, FMCG industry increasingly "white fabric", from the traditional price and quality competition has turned to lean management, cost control of the "full competition" situation. For the beverage industry, even more so. Now the beverage market, product, price and promotion has been basically convergence, in order to meet the growing consumer demand, the manufacturers only constantly, hoping to seize a share of the market in a short period of time, to win the sales revenue growth. In the long run, the new survival rate is not high, enterprises also need to spend a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to maintain the new promotion, if things go on like this, struggling to cope, to win the competitive advantage. "Channels for the king, the channel, the market", the law applies to the beverage business. What kind of distribution mode that one enterprises to choose, method and system to manage what kind of distribution channels so as to stimulate the sales of enterprise products, how to reduce the cost for the enterprise profit distribution channels to bring growth, how to manage the channel members to ensure a more effective mechanism to guarantee the control of distribution channels, marketing strategy what kind of distribution channels in precise execution, these issues are worth exploring.This paper takes Yunnan K company as an example, a systematic description of the distribution channels of Yunnan K company, using the theory of distribution channels on channel efficiency and cost distribution of Yunnan K company to fully demonstrate the analysis, find out the Yunnan K company distribution channel problems, aiming at the existing problems put forward the optimization program and implementation of security. Study on distribution channel optimization based on cost and benefit, growth for the Yunnan K company is currently facing a slowdown in sales and cost increasing difficulties to provide a solution ideas, also hope to be able to reference for drinks at a similar stage of development company.
