With many problems of human resources management such as labor relations,psychological contract issues becoming hot issues commonly concerned by the business community and academia,emotional labor as a human resources management problem which focused employees inside heart affecting external activities is concerned by scholars and managers.In this paper,the author makes emotional labor factors of Shenyang passenger section conductors as the research object,deeply analyzes the content,characteristics,structure,factors,measurement,basic strategies of emotional labor,draws on the existing literature,gives out the survey questionnaire,recoveries and statistical analyzes them,then obtains the regression equation on emotional labor influence factors of Shenyang passenger section conductors,obtains that individual factors,situation factors,organizational factors are the main factors of influencing the emotional labor of passenger section conductors,finds the conductor emotional labor management problems,and puts forward a corresponding emotional labor management proposals,such as the strengthening of human resources management related to emotional labor,building cultural system on highlighting the value of emotional labor,constructing organizational assurance and support management system policies.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter One: introduction,including background and significance of the research topic;relative literature review at home and abroad,that is to say,the research on definition and dimensions of emotional labor,the research on the relationship between emotional labor and its antecedents variables,the research on the relationship between emotional labor and its outcome variables,ideas and methods of the research,innovations of the research.Chapter Two: definition of relative concepts and theories summary,including the meaning,characteristics and structure of emotional labor;influence factors and measurement of emotional labor;basic strategies of emotional labor.Chapter Three: the situation of emotional labor management of Shenyang railway passenger section conductors,including Shenyang railway passenger section and conductors profiles,negative emotion of conductors,emotional labor management of conductors.Chapter Four: case analysis on emotional labor management of the Shenyang railway passenger section conductors,including theory model construction;questionnaire design,data collection and descriptive statistical analysis,scale reliability analysis and validity analysis,regression analysis on conductor emotional labor and its influencing factors,problems of conductor emotional labor management.Chapter Five: emotional labor management proposals of the Shenyang railway passenger section conductors,including the strengthening management related to emotional labor of human resources management;cultural system construction based on prominent emotional labor value;organizational insurance and support management system construction,such as organizational justice support,recognition support of the role,welfare support,instrumental support,support for family life.Chapter Six: research conclusions and outlook,including research conclusions;weaknesses and outlook of the research...
