Study On Current Situation And Development Trend Of Agricultural Products Processing Industry In Zhongyang County

Zhongyang County, the development in the field of agriculture has presented good results upon agricultural efficiency, increase farmers’ income and in rural development. Zhongyang county(located in Shanxi Province) is a state-level county. This county has many agricultural as well as mineral resources. But due to various reasons, the county resource’s does not able to be convert into their economic development power. This is a theoretical knowledge of this paper. In this paper, we use econometric methods to build a multiple linear regression model about Zhongyang’s Agricultural product processing industry development. This multiple linear regression model analyzed the current situation, existing problems of agricultural products processing, the development ability, and the further development trend in Zhongyang County. The conclusions of this paper are as follows.1. The edible fungus industry, medicine industry, walnut forest industry in Zhongyang county has been developed very well.2. The main question about Zhongyang’s Agricultural products processing industry are as follows:Enterprise business scale is small, organization is low, management is extensive, lack of leading enterprises and product awareness is low.3. Zhongyang County agricultural product processing industry has a huge potential of development.4. Zhongyang County farm products processing industry in the future development shows the trends as follows:high technical level, integration of production and operation, financing channels diversification, product quality and safety, high brand awareness, strong competitiveness of enterprises, high management leveland strong talent team.5. To promote Zhongyang’s farm products processing industry, one should make full use of the advantages of regional resources and promote the development of industrial cluster, treat professional scientific and technological innovation as the core strategy, strengthen government support, increasing investment in science and technology, create good development environment, expand the financing channels, solve the bottleneck of funds and strengthen the construction of talent team.
