The Analysis Of Effect Of Infrastructure On Industry Export Sophistication In China

Nowadays, China has been the second largest economic entity in the world. And China has been rapidly economic developing and maintaining the momentum of rapid growth. Based on the strategic concept of "One Belt and One Road", Chinese background of economic restructuring and industrial structure upgrading, from the current situation of China Railway Corporation having been established in 2013, this paper studies the effects about the infrastructure on the Export Product Technological Sophistication of China through 2007-2012 provincial panel data. The thesis has theoretical and practical significance. For example, there are few studies on the impact of economic infrastructure on the technical complexity of export products, whilst, China, in recent years, has started the rapid development of railway, highway, inland waterway, posts and telecommunications, energy economy, there are certainly some big changes born. According to "One Belt and One Road" national strategy and economic transformation, the thesis also has the strategic significance.The introduction part in this paper gives the full text of the framework to sort out. First of all, the thesis analyses the institute environmental issues, dimensions of economic, political and social background and necessity of the writing of this paper. Through the analysis of the relevant topics of this paper, it concludes that the proposed research methods, innovative points and deficiencies. In this paper, the perspective and layout are described in order to prepare for the following contents.This paper reviews the literature of infrastructure and Export Product Technological Sophistication by using the software named Cite Space Visualization Analysis. Mainly, the analysis is from the economic influences and welfare effects of infrastructure, calculation method, influence factors and China EXPY several parts. Second, through 2007-2012 China Industry Database panel data in quartile code of Chinese thirty one provinces and cities, the review calculates relative export sophistication, especially on the provinces along the route in "One Belt and One Road", at the same time, we'll have relative analysis about infrastructure and Export Product Technological Sophistication. Third, on the basement of four-sector model in Yongming Huang (2012), this paper derives the five-sector model about the microscopic mechanism effect of infrastructure on the Export Product Technological Sophistication and a generalized model derivation. Finally, on the establishment of the microscopic mechanism, this paper establish an empirical model through 2007-2012 Chinese provincial panel data, which is from four aspects such as transportation, energy construction, telecommunications and environmental sanitation to have an analysis of effects about the infrastructure on the Export Product Technological Sophistication, then proposes some relative policy suggestions.Empirical research turns out Export Product Technological Sophistication can present the export or trade pattern of an area in the extent. Infrastructure promotes the technological sophistication with the method of improving transportation, energy construction, telecommunications and environmental sanitation. At the same time, some factors, such as research development, FDI, natural resource and human capital will benefit Export Product Technological Sophistication in some areas.All in all, the export products technology complexity is affected by many factors, but this thesis, from the point of view of its infrastructure analysis, uses the theory of the five-sector model, which is a comprehensive analysis from theory to practice, followed by the national "The Belt and Road" strategy. It is closely linked with the current political and economic transformation with infrastructure development.
