In recent years,with the post-90 s become the backbone of the workplace,their unique behavior,character and ways of thinking draw more and more attentions from human resource theory and practice study.When more and more post-90 s come to enterprise,managers of enterprise have to think how to manage special post-90 s,and help to stimulate their motivation and creativity.There have been a lot of studies which focused on the personality and behavior of the post-90 s in workplace,but there has not been any study on the organizational climate,job embeddedness of the post-90 s.This study based on the personality,behavior and ways of thinking of the post-90 s,build the model of organizational climate,job embeddedness and job performance,collect data of the post-90 s from 18 cities,and verify the hypothesis with structural equation model and AMOS 20.0 software,analysis the relationship between organizational climate,job embeddedness and job performance of post-90 s employees.The study shows that leadership effectiveness can only influence the job performance of post-90 s employees directly,while personal growth and atmosphere can influence through job embeddedness of the post-90 s.At the same time,the job embeddedness of the post-90 s have positive effection on the job performance of them and can be Intermediary factors between the relationship of organizational climate and job performance of post-90 s employees.This study also gives Suggestions to performance management of the post-90 s. |
