With the promotion of global network, the development mode of microfinance in China's traditional bank is changing. The emergence of micro credit from the line to the online development trend. Research on the development of microfinance from off-line to on-line becomes extremely meaningful. At present, the microfinance business in most of China's traditional bank is confined to the off-line mode. On-line mode of microfinance is mostly run at Internet lending platform, especially at the P2 P network lending platform. The P2 P network lending as a kind of Internet banking, has the advantages of convenience and efficiency, however, it also inherited a great of defects caused by social problems like lack of risk supervision. A large number of a small business owners and individual industrial and commercial households who are facing the lack of money hesitated to have a try. Although interest rates and the rate of microfinance in traditional bank are low, with all the inherent advantages, but its high threshold, complicated loan procedures also segregates small business owners and individual industrial and commercial households from traditional bank loans.Facing the above the two embarrassing situation, we bold to make a hypothesis: when microfinance in traditional bank is no longer limited to off-line and begin to seek the development mode from off-line to on-line, it can give birth to a new network loan product which combines advantages of both net loans and traditional bank loans. It is characterized by not only convenient procedures but also low risk. The purpose of this research lies in this, hoping to borrow from the mature experience of off-line microfinance business in Changshu Rural Commercial Bank to design a feasible way of the development of microfinance from off-line to on-line.
