Research On The Development And Innovation Of JN Bank Micro-enterprises Loaning Business

With the rapid development of China social industry in nowadays, more and more micro-companies which rise swiftly as the important department of our society make the miracles of China GDP. The great influences that contributing to the GDP of China by micro-companies won worldwide recognition from a macro or micro perspective.But hard financing became an important factor that restricting the development of small and micro-enterprises in China. Due to the narrow channels of financing faced by the micro-companies, despite of the self problems gifted,The few factors like company system is not standardized, the products innovation are not new, the mortgage guarantee is insufficient and so on became the facial obstacles for hard financing.In order to promote the development of micro-enterprises, increased policies were published by the government, which actively guide more commercial banks to provide more credit support to them. In recent years, China's commercial banks have a rapid development in the micro-loaning business. But there are still many obstacles that existed in the process of micro-loaning affected the development of small business of commercial banks. Problems of micro-loaning business across the country, were still not solved well as a result. Therefore, the main motivation of my study on the micro-loaning business development and loaning innovation of JN Bank is to search some new strategies which will promote the micro-enterprises development and contribute to the economic growth as well.JN Bank's examples were largely used to analyze the circumstances that faced by micro-loaning business on this paper. In order to present some effective suggestions and strategies, The innovation analysis and obstacles discussions will be deeply researched from the overall point of view.
