In 2007, the private bank arises at a historic moment in our country.It has developed rapidly in China less than a decade, and has become a major source of profits in Chinese commercial banks.Under the new normal economy,commercial banks vigorously support the development of private banking business as the focus of reform strategy.Zhengzhou branch of ZX bank promotes private banking business in August, 2013, depending on the support of private banking department in head office and the unremitting efforts of Zhengzhou branch,the private bank has formed a certain scale at present, which has played an increasingly important role in Zhengzhou branch.However, with the increasing numbers of financial institutions that provide private banking business and the increasingcompetition,howtomaintainadominant position in the market competition, and further enhance the development and the competitiveness of private banking is an important problem that ZX bank Zhengzhou branch faces now.After more than three years of rapid growth, the number of private banking clients with more than 6 million in wealth reached 775 until June 2016, the management of the total amount exceeds more than 10 billion and the middle income was 48.12 million in the first half of 2016,thebusiness obtained good results. But because the private banking is a kind of emerging business, the time which develops in our country is very short, the internal management, business promotion and risk prevention are not mature with lack of experience, the fine-management needs to be strengthened,the branch and the sub-branch divide work insufficiently clearly,the working efficiencyneeds to be improved, the development of high-end customers is difficult, the percapital assets is not high, the existing customer maintenance is difficult,the latent customer resources are limited, the risk control has some hidden dangers. These problems become bottlenecks restricting the further development of private bank in Zhengzhou branch, which pose great challenges to the private banking business.Private bank originated in the 16 th century, foreign well-known private banks usually have hundreds of years of history.HSBC's private bank has a advantage of global operation, it pays high attention to customer relationship management and has comprehensive risk management mechanism on the risk control. UBS's private bank has diversified portfolio of products and services, standardized service processes and advanced information technology, the income of private banking generated was half of the Group's revenues each year, making it be able to take meaningful share from the world's private banking market leader. In China, the private banking business of Bank of China and China Merchants Bank is developing rapidly, the number of private banking customers increased year by year. Domestic and foreign advanced private banking experience is of great significance for the private bank in Zhengzhou branch, which provides reference for the future development.Based on the existing problems of private bank in ZX Bank Zhengzhou Branch, and the gap with domestic and international advanced private banks, the private bank in Zhengzhou branchshould target development strategies, break through bottlenecks and solve problems, protect private banking business health, ensure the private banking business be healthy, long-term and stable development.First of all, strengthen the training of professionals and establish a high-quality team, build a scientific and rational pay system to maximize reserve talent and improve the network information platform. Second, enhance the innovation of products and services,increase the marketing efficiency and customer satisfaction with customer differentiation marketing. Then, establish the internal risk control system, perfect the risk control mechanisms in advance, in the courts and afterwards to improve the level of risk management. Finally, create excellent private banking brand, promote and maintain the brand to expand market share, and steadily enhance the competitiveness.
