With the development of economy and the aggravation of the market competition,enterprises pay more and more attention to the core competitive power,so they outsource their non-core business.With the outsourcing market demand,the third-party logistics developed rapidly.The third-party logistics focus on their expansion of the business,and pay little attention to the prior planning and arrangements,which leads to imperfect budget system,foresight lacking and unreasonable resource allocation.This paper is researching the third-party logistics enterprises.And set w company as the research object.First of all,study ABB from the perspective of the value chain,and then apply it to the field of the third-party logistics.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1,On the analysis of the feasibility of the application of the third-party logistics using the method of ABB from the perspective of value chain.This paper divided W' business processes to several activities and distributed activity center and ticketing activity center are detailed analyzed.2,Budget analysis shows that,in order to meet the expansion of the company.W set aside a certain capacity for distributed activity center,ticketing activity center and after-sales operation activity center.However,W ignored the functional activity center,for example manpower activity center and technology development center.These two activity center are insufficient and need to invest more.Otherwise,they will become the bottleneck that restricts the business development.3,Profit budget shows that,both the business inside and outside province are in profitability in the annual budget.Cash flow budget suggests that,W's cash flow budget has a large surplus,managers should planning funds in perspective of revenue maximization,and avoid funds idle.Value added estimates indicate that,W's value added.From all,apply ABB based on value chain to the third party logisticsenterprises can promote the optimal allocation of resources and rational allocation of funds,and then realize the value of enterprises.
