Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Inbound Open Innovation To Enterprise Innovation Performance

With the "Internet+" era, Enterprises in the industry can not rely on a separate internal innovation to gain competitive advantage, Innovation as the first driving force to lead the development, Conforming to the trend of the times, Many Enterprises s begin to study and implement the idea of open innovation, And to guide the practice of Enterprises activities.The models of Cross-border cooperation and innovation, innovation alliance will be used by more Enterprises. High-tech Enterprises in the choice of innovative models with the times, advanced and strategic. Open Innovation as the innovation strategy on the micro level of enterprises, How to ensure that the enterprise has a good innovation performance in the process of open innovation has always been a problem to be solved.This Research tries to explore the influence mechanism of Inbound Open Innovation to Enterprises Innovation Performance, so as to provide some enlightenment of improving innovation performance. Following the step of theory review-research hypothesis-model construction-Empirical test, Taking 202 high-tech enterprises in Central China as samples, using statistical tools such as SPSS 18.0 and AMOS7.0 for empirical analysis and results discussion.The Results show that:(1) The influence Mechanism of Inbound Open Innovation to Enterprise Innovation Performance follows the Theoretical Model:Open Innovation -absorptive capacity-innovation performance. Two dimensions of the absorption capacity including Potential Absorptive Capacity and Realized Absorptive playing partial mediating effects of the relationship between inbound open innovation and innovation performance. (2) Environmental uncertainty as the boundary condition of influencing the Enterprises innovation performance, the relationship between Inbound Open Innovation and innovation performance is significantly positive, And the moderating effect of the relationship between absorptive capacity and innovation performance is not significant. Finally, Based on the conclusions of the study, the article puts forward some practical implications for enterprises in innovation activities.
