Petty loan is a variety of important loans that the Commercial Banks in our country supply for urban and rural small business market or Self-employed people. Being restricted by credit?market and other conditions, problems such as information asymmetry and business development difficulty always exist.After confirming the strategy orientation to serve "three issues of agriculture, the countryside and farmers"? serve the community?serve small and micro enterprises,Postal Savings Bank of China puts forward petty loan business in order to serve "three issues of agriculture, the countryside and farmers" and serve "small and micro enterprises", which has played a certain role in promoting the development of local economy.But based on a variety of reasons, how to break through the bottleneck of development?get better service for economy?realize steady and sustainable development becomes an urgent problem to be solved in the process of development of this business.This paper starts with the concept, characteristics and development process of small loan business,makes a summary of the characteristics of rural small loan market demand according to the investigation and analysis on the demand of rural small loan market. Taking L county as a sample,it analyses such problems as high cost, low efficiency and high risk that traditional small loan marketing mode came with, combines various marketing development cooperation platform explored and built by postal banks,introduces marketing mode based on platform,by expanding cooperation with various units, institutions, economic entities,changes the original mode taked mainly by personal marketing to the new one operated by team marketingthrough reaching a cooperation agreement between units and integrating the resources of both sides.That means, the two sides set up a platform for cooperation, integrate and optimize the allocation of resources mastered by both sides on the platform, Realize the innovation transformation of the marketing mode, break through the bottleneck of the development of small loan, adapt to the new situation of economic development, find the feasible measures for the steady operation and risk control of small loans.At the end of this paper,the author offers a series of solutions to possible problems and risks.In order to promote the sustainable development of rural petty loan and scale development?make the rural small loan business to adapt to the rapid development of the rural economy?meet the needs of agricultural economic development funds better and promote the development of agricultural economy.
