With the forms of social media increasing,the marketing environment is becoming more and more complex. In the network economy era, with the mount of WeChat users increasing rapidly, a new type of network marketing, WeChat marketing has emerged.It is the further innovation of marketing methods of business.But not all businesses are suitable for WeChat marketing, many companies are still in the exploratory stage, only a small part of the business has achieved good results.WeChat marketing has been Metro Zhengzhou mall's important marketing approach. At present, Metro Zhengzhou mall's WeChat marketing strategy can be divided into three steps:attracting fans, maintain and revitalize the fans and let fans create value. Metro Zhengzhou mall has achieved a good effect of WeChat marketing, but its WeChat marketing strategy is not enough systematic. This paper, analyzing the WeChat marketing status of Metro Zhengzhou mall and its SWOT, analyzing the necessity of WeChat marketing in Metro Zhengzhou shopping malls, considering Metro Zhengzhou mall's WeChat marketing objectives, draw up the principle of Metro Zhengzhou mall's WeChat marketing strategy:Group management, to achieve precision marketing; optimize the public platform to enhance customer satisfaction; a variety of joint marketing, cooperation with other brands. METRO concluded Zhengzhou mall systematic micro-channel marketing specific initiatives: WeChat Account Configuration "more than a public number + circle of friends," micro-channel content management, based on micro-channel customer service, the two brands strategy.
