In recent years, our country's economic developed rapidly, residents have more and more extra money, so how to use this spare case to maintain the value of money, against inflation, and increase property income have a hot topic. From the point of sophisticated wealth management business and products of commercial banks in developed countries, personal financial service will become an important part of bank profits In the future. With the further reform of the financial system, gradual improvement of financial instruments, the return and risk of the financial products are the greatest factors people concerned.This paper introduces the concept of financial products and classification of commercial bank, analysis the number and yields of the various type products issued in recent years firstly. Then to analysis the products of G bank further, from the bank position to product overview, and compare with other types of bank, find the gap and advantages. I choose three different types of bank, and combine the actual data with quantitative analysis method and a comparative study to analysis the existing shortcoming and advantage of G financial products. With the study, at last, I get the following conclusions:(1) Innovative product design is essential, meanwhile expand the channel of the products.(2)The G bank not only should ensure the advantages, but also improving its own shortcomings, strengthen the professional team building, at the same time, the bank should strive to improve their overall strength.(3) The financial products business of G bank should give full play to the geographical advantage and brand advantage in the future development, maintain the advantages of rapid growth and pay attention to risk prevention, by the way, diversify the variety of subjects. All the way, only learn from each other in development, the bank can be invincible in the gradually fierce financial competition.
