Research On The Supplier Evaluation System And Quality Contract Of S Company

The competition between modern enterprises has been transformed into the competition between supply chains.The traditional enterprise's business model has been unable to adapt to the current competitive environment, and have to make more efforts on the core business, and give the non core business to suppliers. The quality is determined by the core enterprise and the supplier under the environment of supply chain. How to control the supplier quality is one of the important problems that the core enterprise is facing.The research view of this paper for a company's supplier quality control mainly comes from the following three aspects: firstly, the analysis of a company currently supplier quality control situation, points out the insufficient; secondly, from the perspective of supplier annual audit evaluation system, add some supplier evaluation indexs, improve index score rules, use both AHP method and entropy method to determine the weight of each index, combine the index score and weight to confirm the supplier's final score, at the same time, using the improved supplier classification standard to classify all suppliers. The true performance of the existing supplier of a company prove that this improved evaluation system can match the reality well. Finally, set different supplier quality contracts according to the different types of suppliers based on the principal-agent theory. First, the model analysis of a company's existing supplier quality contract settings indicate that the existing contract can not achieve the optimal supply chain.Second, for the general supplier to set the penalty contract: the supplier shall undertake the internal loss while the manufacturer undertake the external loss, and the supplier shall bear part of the reputation loss when the semi-finished product is not qualified. Third,set up award contract for excellent suppliers: the supplier shall bear internal loss and partial external loss, when the half finished product is qualified, the manufacturer's allowance will be awarded to the supplier. Through case analysis, the improved two contracts can achieve the optimal supply chain.This paper is based on the research of a company, I hope the conclsion can be helpful to improve the quality control level of the supplier.
